Paul has almost 25 years experience in the IT services space.  He is driven on a daily basis by our mission to empower all of our good people to do great things for their customers, their community, and each other. An Indiana native with degrees from Purdue and IU, he is proud of the impact Onebridge has in his home state. Adept at 80's trivia, a connoisseur of craft brews, he is a part-time chauffeur and full-time father to 5 children.
Scott Morgan, Chief Operating Officer

Scott has been a leader in solution development for organizations looking to integrate modern data and technology advances into their business strategy. Bringing his previous experience from firms like Deloitte, Scott has built an elite team of data analytics and development specialists at Onebridge, earning a top 10 "Best Places to Work" in Indianapolis and Cincinnati for the past 5 years.  
Andrew Davis, Chief Financial Officer

Andrew brings over 18 years of experience in finance to his role at Onebridge. He runs a tight financial ship, prides himself on being a team player and is always focused on getting to the right business outcomes. Described by colleagues as a high-energy executive, Andrew focuses on building trust and transparency across the organization. Owner of the Vogue Theatre in Broad Ripple, he is an avid lover of all types of music.
Christina Nash, Chief People Officer

Christina joined Onebridge in 2013 and leads People Operations for the organization. She is responsible for the design and execution of Onebridge’s Talent strategy including attraction, engagement, development, and management. Most of her career has been focused on building and growing high-performance teams, and she is an expert at relationship-building. She is the chief steward of our company values, helping to build a culture of service, mindfulness, appreciation, results, and trust.
Kymberli Findley, VP Talent Acquisition

Kym has 10 years progressive experience at Onebridge and has had the opportunity to deeply learn all facets of the business and operational improvements contributing to organizational maturity. With 16 years of Tech Recruitment experience, Kymberli serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition, leading efforts of acquiring top talent through attraction and search capabilities. She is an active member of global organizations focused on advancing talent initiatives including DisruptHR, HR Open Source, Predictive Index Practitioners, and AIRS, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from Northern Kentucky University.
