Our Leadership Team

Paul Rothwell, Chief Executive Officer
Paul has almost 25 years of experience in the IT Services space.  He is driven on a daily basis by our mission to empower all of our good people to do great things for their customers, their community, and each other. An Indiana native with degrees from Purdue and IU, he is proud of the impact Onebridge has in his home state. Paul is adept at 80's trivia, a connoisseur of craft brews, and a cheerful part-time chauffeur and full-time father to five children.
Scott Morgan, Chief Operating Officer
Scott has been a leader in solution development for organizations looking to integrate modern data and technology advances into their business strategy. Bringing his previous experience from firms like Deloitte, Scott built an elite team of data analytics and development specialists at Onebridge, helping us earn top 10 "Best Places to Work" awards for the past eight years.
Christina Nash, Chief People Officer
Christina joined Onebridge in 2013 and leads People Operations for the organization. She is responsible for the design and execution of Onebridge’s talent strategy, including attraction, engagement, and development. Most of her career has focused on building and growing high-performance teams. She is the chief steward of our company values and has helped build a culture of service, mindfulness, appreciation, results, and trust.
Kymberli Findley, VP Talent Acquisition
With 16 years of tech recruitment experience, Kymberli serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition, leading efforts of acquiring top talent through attraction and search capabilities. She is an active member of global organizations focused on advancing talent initiatives including DisruptHR, HR Open Source, Predictive Index Practitioners, and AIRS.
